This really shouldn't come to anybody's surprise. Throughout most of the film Shang believes that मूलन is actually a man. After all the hype, merchandise and racial वाद-विवाद The Princess and the Frog finally made it to the big screen, जाम packed with a variety of different aspects that where inspired द्वारा other media.
