How do आप create icons?

Photoshop is probably the best place to make icons, but I don't have it so I just use online चित्र editing sites. The best are ribbet.com, pixlr.com, and lunapic.com

If आप don't want to spend lots of money या download fancy software to create आइकनों and other प्रशंसक art, I would suggest pixlr.com/express. It has lots of cool effects आप can work with and is very simple to use. It's what I use all the time :) Good luck and have fun!
