The truth is that she appeals to minorities. डिज़्नी has to keep with the times. That's the reason the Tiana is African American. Lots of people have been complaining that there is no black princess. मूलन made a lot of little girls happy just as Tiana will make another group of girls happy. In no time we'll have our first Latina princess/herione.
Well, मूलन should be considered a princess because she has all the traits, and girls in a certain age group think of her as a role model, thus giving her the image of a princess. Even though she wasn't born into royalty like Ariel या Aurora, या even Rapunzel, she should still be considered a princess. She's honorable, and defiant, strong and courageous. Those are all qualities of a princess.

I agree. I think that's exactly why she was added to the lineup.
Oh for a number of reasons. She's a female teenager in a fairy tale story/legend, she stands for feminist values while still maintaining femaninity, but largely to help chip away at the number of minorities the डिज़्नी Princess Franchise needs to appease.
The frame of mind is that these women are first and foremost role मॉडेल and that any girl can be a princess.
I don't agree with this but hey...it's all about merchandizing.
I have often wondered this as well - I don't class her as a princess but if everyone is than I think we should include Meg and Esmeralda as well - Meg married a god (higher than a prince) and Esmeralda married a general (like Mulan) so I don't see why they're never included
I think a डिज़्नी Princess does not necessarily have to be royalty, या even a princess. She's just डिज़्नी royalty. I think they और या less mean डिज़्नी heroines, या just in general all the डिज़्नी Female Leads. But saying "Disney Princess" is और marketable.

well but not all are considerer a डिज़्नी Princess, oficially द्वारा डिज़्नी only 8 girs are princess, Snow White, Aurora, Cinderella, Belle, Jasmine, Ariel, Pocahontas and Mulan, they don't add all the डिज़्नी Female because Alice, Meg या Esmeralda aren´t oficially consider like a डिज़्नी Princess
