Remorse and self-defence.

Of course I would. Much as I would consider myself justified in defending myself in this instance, I would feel that I had exceeded the necessary amount of force required to defend myself. Not knowing the circumstances द्वारा which the pet became violent, I would also consider the possibility that I had in some way engendered that situation.

Beyond that, I'd just feel bad for the people who treasured that pet. Especially if the family that owns the pet has kids to treasured it, I would feel that I had done undue harm to them.

I would look like a heartless bastard in comparison to आप since I'd feel little to no remorse... but to be honest I'm not surprised with your answer however, as I'd assume most people would feel some level of remorse. The action would have knock-on effects; like आप कहा it's someone's pet.

Truth be told, I'd probably be overthinking it. Not good to agonize over these things, especially when you're doing it out of fear for your life.

I would, because it's the pet's owner's fault that it attacked you. After all, it was their responsibility to look after the pet and make sure it behaves.

It actually happened to me a couple of years ago.
Me and my parents were at a family gathering and I was outside watching my young cousins (1, 3, 5 and 7 years old) together with my older cousin who held his six महीना old baby. As they were playing, a large dobermann ran towards the playground and went for the youngest. He'd bit her in the arm before we could even react and he tried to drag her with him. As the dog was slender, I only needed to kick it once before it had let go of my toddler cousin and was lying on the ground. The owner arrived shorly, yelling at me like a mad man and threatening to kick my नितंब, गधा for kicking his dog like that. I told him the story and meanwhile my cousin was screaming her lungs out from pain and he कहा it was her fault "because she wore a white जैकेट which the dog mistook for a bunny"(I don't know what he thinks a rabbit looks like, mais bon...).

My cousins and I ended up going back to my uncle's house and later, the man rang the doorbell saying he wanted me to pay for the vet. My bitten cousin was already brought to the doctor at this time, she required a couple of stitches as well.

I don't know if the dog died या not(I did kick him pretty hard in the chest), but I feel sorry for him. The owner only cared about yelling at me and demanding money instead of taking him to the vet. I feel incredibly sorry for the dog but I know I had to do it before my cousin got even और hurt than she already did.
