I know the two don't interact but, from my view, they seem to be the two most prominently significant female characters in Death Note, as well as my two favorite female members of the cast.

I actually love them both; they are both tragic but compelling characters but Naomi was amazing in terms of character development, in the Another Note novel.

Naomi, for sure, even though I do love Misa-Misa. :)

I love Naomi. Its a shame she dies so early in the series, I would love to see more of her. (i'm not a big fan of Misa-Misa -.-)

Naomi had a lot of potential. Bummer that she died too soon. But sadly the show would've been too smart, according to the creators. I think, it would've been fine to see her more. But, they didn't like her that much. If you pay attention, they hate strong and willed female characters. They killed Naomi off then Kiyomi. However, never Yuri (in the movie, she does), nor Misa after L. Light never fell in love as some say. The police were with him, it would be suspicious if she suddenly died. And people call it love. Lol.

^ That's not really it. If she had stayed, there would have been too many complications with her amount of knowledge, solving the case too fast & making the series a lot shorter. Basically she was too smart for her own good. :P
But I do wish I she would've been on the series for a bit longer.

My favourite female and second favourite character overall. Naomi is strong, smart and badass. She''s such a great character. I also love how independent she is. And she's the smartest female character ever in Death Note! Misa, on the other hand, is my least favourite character.
