I'm rewatching the series and I noticed that Damon has always been nice to the moms on the दिखाना but has no tolerance for the dads. I wish we could learn something about momma Salvatore. for me, this could go two ways. in the final elena makes the choice, and gains some common sense and chooses right for once!! या she could choose to be single, while trying to ajust to everything that's happend, and damon being the sweetheart that he is, could stay द्वारा her side and help out through this difficult time. making room for और emotional bonding and development. for me, this is the ONLY way i will watch season five. her choosing stefan, या finding a human boyfriend is NOT an option पोस्टेड एक साल  से अधिक पुराना

I don't trust the writers when they say Elena's decision is "for now." If it were actually the final decision, there's NO way they would ever tell us that?
