TV Guide Spoiler on who Elena kisses and who प्रशंसकों want her to choose 

Oh come on.. "If she kisses Stefan, it doesn't mean she'll choose him." I love Elena, but if she does that, I will lose some respect for her. Not to mention how OOC that would be -_-'

Well, they didn't say it would be a passionate liplock. So it could be just a peck on the lips between friends. And maybe he kisses her. In any case, it looks like this happens in the beginning of the episode and a lot happens between the beginning and the end. We're supposed to have some revelations here. I'm looking forward to seeing it and won't make any judgements until then.

i think its possible she will kiss Stefan but pick DAMON XD but tbh if she does then i'd be abit pissed, i mean i don't want yet another stelena kiss but i guess she loves them both and if its just a little kiss i'll cope with it which if she doesn't pick him it will be, like a "goodbye" kiss..

Kiss sounds like at the beginning of the episode since at the scene Elena is hugging Stefan but shows no kiss. And the scene of the pic shows in their room so Stefan might kiss her then before he leaves. Either way it's at beginning of episode and if she kisses Stefan Stefan is pushing her to pick him
