Should i write this?

I wanted to write Delena story (probably on fanfiction net). And few days before i came up with idea of summary which is haunting me. This is it:

Moving to another town, starting to attend to different college than before in the middle of the साल is troublesome enough. But life’s never used to simplify things for Elena Gilbert, so she expected harsh साल with new school mates and teachers. She just couldn’t predict that during her first घंटा at विश्वविद्यालय of Colombia she would run into… her doppelganger. Katherine Pierce looks like her, speaks the same voice. Everything is not only similar, is identical, like between twins, except the fact that they are not them. They are not relatives at all. And situation gets only harder and और ridiculous when she meets her logic teacher Mr. Salvatore.

What do आप think? Should i write it? The tittle could be "Be mine"
