If the link isn't working for you then these are the spoilers below.

Anyone tired of the same opening promo since season one except them changing the color of " CSI Miami " at the end of the promo. Of course, they have added new characters over the years and finally added series regulars here and there. Reports are that CSI Miami will finally get a new opening promo for Season Seven. I am sorry to say I can't remember where I read this, but we will just have to wait and see. CSI NY got there makeover last season and CSI is changed every season so, it is without question CSI Miami's turn !!

Episode 7.01"Resurrected" (The shooting) It appears that it was done on purpose, and it was not staged. :o :o :o

Obviously H isn't dead. He'll be "resurrected." Although it'll be nice to see at the beginning everyone's reaction to the news that H is dead. It does seem to imply that H was shot for real though. :o :o :o

Now I really can't wait for more!!! I can't wait to see how the teams handles it. Calleigh and Eric's reaction to the news H was shot and killed! OMG! This is going to be sooooo gooood!

From what I am seeing it seems as though, they are making it look like Jake shot H... Or something like that. Also there is something about this maybe being the end for Jake. A spoiler reads possible forever!

As for Horatio... ;D

H is back long before the end of the ep...but believe me, not all is as it seems. ;)

This just in from CSI Files.

He's down but not out.

CSI: Miami's sixth season went out with a bang. Horatio stood on the airstrip next to a plane, waiting to send his son Kyle (Evan Ellingson) and Kyle's mother Julia (Elizabeth Berkley) to safety. Suddenly, Horatio crumpled to the ground, blood pooling around his body from a gunshot wound.

According to CSI Files sources, the seventh season premiere of CSI: Miami will be called "Resurrection". The episode follows up with the dire situation presented in the finale. Fortunately, Horatio does not die; however, the team must figure out who is responsible for the shooting.

Mixed in the pool of blood around Horatio's body is a trace of foreign DNA. The blood traces back to a man in prison. Whoever left that extra drop of blood is a former inmate, and he couldn't have been out of jail long. The team locates Miguel Diaz. Diaz is a known associate of Juan Ortega (Jose Zuniga), a gang member with a grudge against Horatio.

Diaz denies shooting Horatio. Instead, he insists that he was at the airstrip to catch a plane when he heard the gunshot. Seeing Horatio's body on the ground, he took a picture with his cell phone so he could take credit for the murder. Calleigh and Eric aren't impressed. They send Diaz back to jail and keep his phone.

In addition to solving the mystery of who is responsible for shooting Horatio, the team has a bigger problem to deal with. Two attacks are carried out, one against an armored car and the other against a bulletproof celebrity car--bullets shouldn't be able to penetrate these vehicles, and the damage and death that occur can only mean one thing: fused alloy bullets are in play.

Whoever has the bullets is distributing them to gang members. An eyewitness puts the perpetrators escaping on motorcycles, but this doesn't fit Ortega's gang--clearly, more than one gang is part of this. Ryan is escorting Juan Ortega in his car when one of the attacks takes place, and Ryan has to let the man get away because a woman's life is in danger. Ortega is on the loose, and fused alloy bullets are flying on the streets of Miami--but how do malfunctioning traffic lights and Jake Berkeley (Johnny Whitworth) play into the story?

Please note that the above plot details have not been confirmed by CBS, Alliance Atlantis or Bruckheimer Films, and until such time you should treat this information as you would any other rumour. The above information comes from early script drafts and the details of the episodes are liable to change before the episodes are shown.

"Resurrection" is expected to air September 22 on CBS.

So here is episode 7.04 it is is called "Raging Bull"

The team investigates the deaths of two men, one stabbed to death out in the Everglades while the other seemed to be killed by a human cannibal. They later find a chunk of human flesh in the cannibal's stomach that is believed to be from the first victim As they investigate they find that the two men were part of a gym run by, what they think, is the Russian mob. The owner, Ivan Sarnoff, claims there is no organized crime syndicate but that he is helping in getting troubled kids off the streets by teaching the discpline in boxing. When in reality he is training them to be foot soliders in what the team believes to be an upcoming war that the Russian mob plans to wage on the city.

As the team tries to find out who ordered the deaths of the two men, they constantly hit walls in scared witnesses or stallmate gym goers who swear there is no Russian mob.

Valera is in the ep, so is the new M.E., Tara and trace expert, Lucas. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Obviously Julia is in the ep as is Kyle. Valera is also in the ep.

The case has to do with the murder over shoplifting. Julia Winston is in the episode, and it looks like she may be missing, and Horatio is after someone for it. Kyle is also in this episode and he gets in a fight. Tripp calls Horatio, which does not make Kyle happy. :o :o :o
