If there is no club for somthing ur a प्रशंसक of, can आप create your own? If so how?

You're asking in the wrong spot. Do a फैन्पॉप खोजिए and जवाब will come up because this सवाल had been asked many times before :)

i have made two spots. go to the फैन्पॉप घर page, scroll down the page till आप see 'browse clubs' on the right almost to the bottom, and right on the box that says'browse clubs', it says +create new club. click on that
