I thought he was because Bones said that all the work Booth did would have taken two people. And at the end she waved to him...so isn't he real? In this episode they said it was because of a brain tumor. I'm so confused.

halucination term will be better cos of Booths tumor, BUT i still dont get why Brennan seen Teddy too....

I know it sounds crazy but... Bones saw him too!!! How would she if he wasn't there, and he was the one who threw the cocky belt buckle, so how would everything blow up if Booth didn't throw it ?

Well Brennan saw him too so it couldn't be explained away by the tumor, because she even talked to him. I don't know, I like to be open minded about this stuff so I'm gonna go with yes? I think, LOL I'm confused too.
