In episode 39 of bleach when zangetsu comes to aid ichigo to fight kenpatchi does he stop time cause everything just stood still ?

i dont think he did. I think when they were going into Ichigo's inner world everything slow down in a way. Like when आप can think faster than whats going on around you.
Cuz things also slowed down when Renji was talking to himself after Ichigo beat him.
