Why Big Time Rush was able to get the nomination for प्रिय संगीत Group while Naked Brother's Band (Nat and Alex) wasn't (since debut never nominated in the संगीत category)?

Only this साल that a Nickelodeon act was nominated in the संगीत category in the KCA's which was dominated द्वारा डिज़्नी stars. BTR makes history द्वारा securing the प्रिय संगीत group nomination breaking the डिज़्नी led stereotype in the past KCA's. I rewind back in the history पुस्तकें NBB was not nominated even once for प्रिय संगीत group (the era of Jonas Brothers and Boys Like Girls), so what went wrong and what did Big Time Rush to do it right and sealed the nominations?

डिज़्नी dominated the संगीत scene for kids and teens since 2006 (the Hannah Montana and High School Musical years), so Nick was struggling to hit it big until BTR came and finally break that drought and make it in the संगीत category at KCA's.

I kow that, I'm not sure WHY though, I mean, WHY they are so लोकप्रिय and why they got the nomination.
