She's just eccentric and psychotic..lol which is why I like her. I think psychotics have a different way of thinking, but I think she's still smart.

Yeah, Like Vixie said. She is bonkers and completely wacko. But she knows whats going on around her. She is a very strong witch, and very gifted in the dark arts. I wouldnt try and get anything past Bellatrix. One of my fav. Tv characters is very eccentric but he often comes out of the blue and says something smart. So never underestimate what goes on in a weird/psycho persons head. They are still there whether we know it or not.

She is smart but not that smart or "me" smart.

She is very intelligent, but doing what is smart is not always what is fun (at least to a psychopath). So she will do whatever she pleases despite her mind's disagreement.
