Just a warning, I’m really weird about talking about this kind of stuff, so I may seem a little immature here.
I know that there are many females of various ages who suffer from the dreaded menstrual cramps (I hate the word “period” when used in this sense, so I’m going to avoid it as much as I can)
There are a few ways आप can get rid of the cramps once they start, but I personally, would rather avoid them all together. What I do to achieve this is very VERY simple. This may sound a little disgusting to some of you, and it’s a little awkward for me to share, but the best thing to do is to use the restroom constantly when आप feel your menstrual cycle approaching. द्वारा using the restroom, I mean emitting bowel movements, A.K.A. going #2.
The reason for this is that when your menstrual cycle approaches, all the muscle walls inside involuntarily relax. In order to do this, all the muscles in the general area just relax, and because this is not the feeling your body is most used to, you’ll try extra hard to flex them and tighten up again without आप even knowing. This is the cause of your cramps. Your muscles are getting sore from working so hard. If आप use the restroom a lot before your menstrual cycle begins, (remember, using the restroom means doing #2) then there’s less pressure being pressed against your uterus and things and your muscles will work a lot less because there’s nothing to hold in.
If आप don’t know when your menstrual cycle is approaching, आप can usually tell when your breasts get sore and slightly larger. If आप already have larger breast, then this sign may be difficult to identify. Also, you’ll need to use the restroom और frequently than usual, and you’ll bloat a bit. (Your lower abdomen will get a little bigger; your pants will feel tighter.) I don’t know if this is true for most females, but for me, I always get slightly nauseous before I begin. So when आप start feeling these symptoms, don’t resist the urge to use the restroom. You’ll regret it later if आप do.
I’ve heard that exercise helps. That may be true for most, but it doesn’t work at all for me. I admit, if feels better while exercising, but as soon as I stop, all the pain comes back 10x worse that it was before. Another way that helps for me is to just take a nap. For me, no matter how short the nap is (5 मिनटों या 5 hours) I almost ALWAYS feel a lot better. I’ve always heard that swimming helps. I’ve never tried it, though. They कहा to just get in the pool. No fluid will leak out because the water weighs और so as long as आप don’t go on your side, या upside-down, या anything then आप should be safe. But please don’t quote me on that.
आप can also take medication if आप want… It takes a few hours to kick in, but it works for me.
One और tip I have is if आप feel like vomiting, go ahead and vomit. It may feel unpleasant at the time being, but it’s another way to relieve the pressure and relax your muscles.

Calling me FAKE won't make आप REAL,
Calling me STUPID won't make आप SMART,
Calling me WEAK won't make आप STRONG,
Calling me UGLY won't make आप PRETTY,
Calling me POOR won't make आप RICH,
Calling me FAT wont make आप SKINNY,
Calling me UNCOOL wont make आप COOL,
So why bother?
This is from a little something I found online. This makes a lot of sense to me and I bet it makes sense to other girls like me. Bullying is an ugly thing. Don't let them get to you, girls. They aren't worth your time.
