Well आप might be thinking which movie I’ll mention. It’ll be great disappointment to those who loves modern बार्बी फिल्में especially those who are obsessed with Princess Movies.

Princess and the Popstar Most Overrated Movie according to me

It got too much “popular” among kids and its craze wasn’t over till 3-4 months I remember the spot was full of PaP stuffs and it still is लोकप्रिय among young minds. I wasn’t impressed द्वारा the movie though I remember after seeing the trailer I was impressed a bit and its plot sounded good but the movie was a great disappointment to me. The संगीत was catchy and worth listening of and I guess that’s the only reason I watched the “full movie”.

The फिल्में begin with Kiara song made me excited indeed and I liked the एनीमेशन too. But then my eyes fell on background dancers and guess what Portia’s look alike (I wonder why every background dancer had same face are they doppelgangers? And that too so many? या they got inspired द्वारा Pokemon’s identical sibling’s ideas?) and that moment I again realized how lazy Mattel is.

After that Kiera get invited to the Royal Party where she meets Tori “the royal princess” and no one realizes that they are identical, I mean come on now, can be they be so dumb that until their hair style is change they won’t notice the fact that they look alike. Remember P&P? Erika and Anneliese had different hair style and hair color too and as we all know this story was a copy of PaP in modern world how can they be so foolish to not दिखाना the basic things? Erika and Annelease were smart enough to know that they were doppelgangers of each other just द्वारा seeing each other. Does that mean children of modern age are dumb?
Moving on to the अगला step they interchange their lives are realizes that they were better as themselves. That part was too short actually and only interesting part. I liked how Tori gained some confidence and was free to do what she wanted.

The two characters whom I really really loved were Meridith and Trevi and they didn’t have much to do in the movie. Mattel could had used them brilliantly they were amazing supporting character and it could have added और fun to the movie.

Crider was amazing villain he impressed me and could have been in सूची of my favourite villains if and only if he hadn't behaved too childish and dumb in the end of the movie. I thought he was smart and intelligent villain in the beginning but they ruined his character at the end. They tried to make him look funny at the end which was a big wrong step Rupert was enough for that. And it literally broke my heart.
There were many things copied from P&P which I didn’t like and the main thing, they copied useless stuffs. Male character was just for the name. Prince Liam was really amazing in the movie but unfortunately they didn’t दिखाना him as a strong character. I wish they’d दिखाना him helping Tori and Kiara.



The males are really being dominated in the हाल का movies, I miss the earlier time when they had something to do. They are just used as a face in the संगीत part of the movie.
Biggest mistake made द्वारा Mattel was it didn’t clarify who was Liam’s प्यार interest which created प्रशंसक was. Some people कहा he was in प्यार with Tori other कहा he liked Kiara as she was अभिनय to be Tori. Personally I believe he was in प्यार with Kiara as the first time Liam met Tori (during the party) they didn’t talked as Tori was busy with Kiara and then Liam met Kiara transformed as Tori and he loved her personality (not her face see? And even if he liked face both Tori and Kiara had same face) still I respect the ships of the other.


संपूर्ण, कुल मिलाकर there were too many things which piss me while watching the movie. And THAT’S why I found it too overrated.
