I'm re-watching the series, and this question sort of popped in my head. I'm honestly a little confused as to why Iroh said if he fought his brother, history would see it as senseless violence for a prize. But he encouraged Zuko to fight Azula, just not alone. It's basically the same thing. Sibling fighting sibling for power.

There's no difference between Ozai and Iroh and Zuko and Azula being siblings. I have no idea what Iroh was thinking when he said this. Basically, he said, "Oh, I cannot fight my brother. Now Zuko, go fight your sister!" And I'm like, "...What?"

For sure.

uhm no because azula tryed to kill zuko and ozai only wanted iroh captured thats the difference once someone trryed to kill you all bets are off you just try to kill him or in this case her too
