First of all, it mentions Arthur's coronation and calls him king, which further strengthens the supposition that Uther dies this coming episode. Many folks think he doesn't and will regain himself and try to get the crown back. Let's see first if he really does die on Saturday.

Anthony Head is listed in the credits and so is Cabrera, so what we should make of that I don't know.

There was saying about Arthur and Uther 'struggling' for the crown. Or sth like that. And we all know Lancelot comes back. So i think both of them will appear.

If that's the case we'll have to assume Uther does not die on the coming episode, so what are we to make of that promo pic? Confusing to say the list. They keep throwing us off with stuff.
