The Voice Actor is Vic Mignogna who plays as Dark Mopusy in D.N.Angel he also plays Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist and Tamaki Suoh from Ouran High School Host Club. Bottom picture is from Clannad After Story. Clannad and Clannad After Story are really funny and very sad. Keep a box of tissue with आप when आप watch Clannad/Clannad After Story.
