What's your प्रिय cyberpunk anime?

Cyberpunk is a genre of ऐनीमे that was especially लोकप्रिय in the 90's, a subgenre of scifi that centers around the idea of "high tech, low life". It's often characterized द्वारा hackers, gangs with tricked out technology, the existence of cyberspace, a dystopian city lit with neon, and a political या social change that takes place in the story.
