In fact Seto turns out to be quite a great guy including to work for once u get to know him better

He even shows sympathy and compassion a number of times throughout the series including for Yugi's friends. Just that it all has to do with Seto's foster/adoptive father especially the way he treated him when he was younger. So संपूर्ण, कुल मिलाकर Seto's foster/adoptive father is to be blamed for turning him into a quite cold, ruthless, and arrogant person as well as Duelist, but only from the beginning of the series. Later on we can clearly see that Seto's demeanor and personality gradually changes over the course of the series
