Also, Fruits Basket. However, the मांगा is much और romantic than the ऐनीमे and like Ouran it goes deeper into the plot than the anime, so I suggest पढ़ना the manga.
Vampire Knight is a good one, too. It's a bit darker, though. It's another one that the मांगा goes deeper into, but the ऐनीमे covered most of it from what I can see. But they dragged the first book out for like 4 episodes... it's like that with most ऐनीमे but the way Vampire Knight was written, it was made to be very fast-paced.
