I'm so confuzed द्वारा this....

My sister bought me an ऐनीमे plush toy and the warning कहा this:WARNING:-CHOKING HAZARD-small parts.Not for children under 15 years.I don't get that!I'm so confuzed....

The not for children under 15 years of age might be because of the ऐनीमे itself. (I'm not positive what Bleach is rated)
