It all depends on what she likes but if आप want my opinion if shes a tom boy do this one

is there a particular ऐनीमे या character she likes?start from there. make a collage of that character/those characters. and apply some cool effects.
make the background of a वॉलपेपर the village/country/school/spaceship/whatever location these characters are most familiar with and apply a transparent render of the charactrers over it.
