So this is an essay I wrote for school about why people shouldn't kill जानवर for their fur. I hope आप like it! =)

Did आप know 100 chinchillas are killed to make ONE फर coat? या 55 wild mink? या 18 red foxes? These are all things that not happen. But it's not only that, it is also the way that they are killed.
Thousands of beavers, cheetahs, cats, dogs, chinchillas, foxes, minks, rabbits, raccoons, seals, and bears are killed for their फर every year. Some are raised for it. They are kept in cramp spaces, and some are forced into bags या boxes to die of oxygen. Others get an injection....

At the विश्वविद्यालय of Michigan, cats--who in the past have been purchased द्वारा the UM from animal shelters--have a hard plastic tube repeatedly forced down their windpipes for intubation training and are frequently killed after the procedure. Pigs have holes cut into their throats and chests and are stabbed in the दिल for trauma-training exercises before they are killed.
