Note- I said the MAIN reason and also I just thought of reasons why someone would dislike an anime so don't think that I think all of these answers are true.

I have heard people say this before, that they didn't like how it ended. I believe people didn't like the fact that the backstories of some characters weren't explained. Those are really the only true faults with AB, though, as least, as far as I'm concerned.
