How do I tell my dad that I लॉस्ट my keys?

I लॉस्ट them before Winter break but I will tell him I लॉस्ट them the दिन before. I'm really scared to tell him though. Especially since I had my house and car keys on there. I am planning on telling him tomorrow when we are in the school parking lot. What should I say या do?
