When is a promo spam?

When the movie, book, ect.. is tasteless and mediocre.

i would think its the amount of stuff आप post and the विवरण आप put. if its clearly a user who is active in other parts of the spot and puts something like "oh and now puff daddy also has a line of washing up brushes with swarowski crystals- just what the world needed" in the विवरण i wouldnt consider it spam ever. its the same with TVshow related merchandise.

if someone however has something like "shop online now" "shop and sell your soul" "omg best bargain ever" accompanying the link i would रिपोर्ट it as spam.

thats how i choose anyway..so think it should be fine if आप add..i think its all aboot descriptions! (and i know you..sorta..;))
