In my point of view, he is *'dragon spit', a dirty bastard* of a dog and a cruel psycho who thought to much of himself 'til the moment he died. He sold his little sister to a wild man she'd never seen before, just to have the very small chance of getting back घर and follow his daydream to sit on his ancestors' throne, what he does not deserve. He also hurt Daenerys many times before, when she 'woke the dragon'. In the later पुस्तकें it is mentioned he also wanted to take her maidenhood before she wed Drogo.
